Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
Short version: this website collects nothing about you. It has no signup form, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies. If you buy something or download the free sampler, that happens on Gumroad, and Gumroad handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Who we are
ChuckyFuels is a digital recipe publisher operated by Charles Heath, based in Boulder, Colorado, United States. ChuckyFuels publishes LEAN 1000 and its companion volumes as downloadable PDFs.

What this website collects
Nothing. chuckyfuels.com is a static page. Specifically, it has:
- No account system, login, or user profiles
- No contact form, newsletter form, or comment section
- No analytics, session recording, or heatmap tools
- No advertising or social media tracking pixels
- No cookies set by us, and no local storage used by us
The page includes a Pinterest domain-verification tag in its HTML. That tag confirms to Pinterest that we own this domain. It is an inert piece of text and does not track you, set a cookie, or send Pinterest any information about your visit.
Server logs
Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider that serves this page may keep standard server logs that can include an IP address, a browser user-agent string, and the time of a request. These are created and retained by the host as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not combine them with anything else.
What happens when you download or buy
Every product link on this site, including the free sampler, sends you to Gumroad. Gumroad is a separate company and is the merchant of record for all ChuckyFuels sales.
When you download or purchase there, Gumroad collects what it needs to complete the transaction and deliver the file. That typically includes your email address, and for paid orders your name, billing country, and payment details. Payment card details go to Gumroad and its payment processors. We never see them and never store them.
As the seller, we can see order records in our Gumroad dashboard: your email address, what you bought, and when. We use that only to deliver products, send updates about a product you already own, and answer support requests.
Gumroad's handling of your data is governed by its own policy, which you should read before purchasing: gumroad.com/privacy
If you give Gumroad your email to get the free sampler, we may email you about ChuckyFuels products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
Links to other services
This site links out to Instagram, Pinterest, and Gumroad. These are ordinary links. Nothing from those services is embedded in the page, so none of them receive anything about you unless you click through. Once you do, you are on their platform and their privacy policies apply.
Our use of Meta and Instagram platform data
ChuckyFuels operates the Instagram professional account @chuckyfuels and uses Meta's official APIs to manage it. Any application we run against those APIs is used solely by ChuckyFuels for its own account and its own content operations. Data retrieved through Meta's platform is stored locally on our own equipment, is used only to plan and analyse our own posting, and is never sold, rented, licensed, or shared with any third party. We do not use platform data for advertising, for building profiles of individuals, or for any purpose beyond operating our own account. We retain it only as long as it is useful for that purpose and delete it on request. See Data Deletion.
Children
This site and these products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and there is no mechanism on this site by which we could. If you believe a child has provided information through a ChuckyFuels purchase, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of marketing. You may also have the right to be told if your information is sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.
To exercise any of these rights, email charlesheathpro@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Because the only personal information we hold is order and email records inside Gumroad, most requests are handled by deleting those records, and you can also contact Gumroad directly.
We will never charge you or degrade your experience for exercising a privacy right.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order and payment data lives with Gumroad rather than with us, which means we hold very little to lose. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
ChuckyFuels is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, any information you provide through Gumroad may be processed in the United States and other countries where Gumroad and its processors operate.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be described in plain language rather than buried.
