Email charlesheathpro@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my data and we will erase everything we hold about you within 30 days. No account needed, no form to fill in, no reason required.
How to make a request
- Email charlesheathpro@gmail.com from the address you used to download or purchase.
- Put Delete my data in the subject line.
- If you are writing from a different address, tell us which email address the request is about, so we can find the right records.
We will confirm when it is done. If we cannot find any records for you, we will tell you that instead.
What actually gets deleted
ChuckyFuels holds very little. The website itself collects nothing: no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no cookies. What exists is:
- Order and download records held in Gumroad — your email address, what you downloaded or bought, and when. We delete our seller-side records and unsubscribe your address.
- Email correspondence — any support emails between you and us. We delete these too on request.
Deleting your data at Gumroad
Gumroad is a separate company and the merchant of record for all ChuckyFuels sales, so it holds the transaction itself, including payment records we never see. Deleting our seller-side copy does not delete Gumroad's.
To have Gumroad erase its records, contact Gumroad directly through help.gumroad.com or read gumroad.com/privacy. Gumroad may be required to keep some transaction and tax records for a legally mandated period regardless of a deletion request. That obligation sits with them, not with us.
Meta and Instagram platform data
ChuckyFuels operates the Instagram professional account @chuckyfuels and may use Meta's official APIs to manage its own account and content. Any data obtained through Meta's platform is stored locally on our own equipment, is used only to operate that account, and is never sold, rented, licensed, or shared with any third party.
If you believe we hold data about you obtained through Meta's platform and you want it removed, email charlesheathpro@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my data and include your Instagram handle. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.
To remove ChuckyFuels' access to your own Meta or Instagram account entirely, you can also do it yourself: Instagram → Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove the app.
How long it takes
We aim to act within a few days and will always complete a request within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex and we need longer, we will tell you why before the 30 days are up.
What we may keep
We may retain the minimum required to comply with tax and accounting law, or to resolve a live dispute or chargeback. We will tell you if that applies to your request. Nothing retained for those reasons is used for marketing.
Cost
Free. We will not charge you, ask you to create an account, or make the process harder in order to discourage you.
